Mel has been responsible for transforming the customer experience of leading UK brands (Photobox, Telegraph Travel, Mr&MrsSmith) as Product & Experience Director. Mel is now Product Director and Partner at Opposite Days, a digital product network helping companies create great customer experiences and navigating digital transformation. She is currently advising Conde Nast International on their digital product transformation. Mel is also a passionate advocate of slow lifestyle in all its manifestations, from remote and flexi-working, to making sure we all have time for personal projects, family and travel and a life more than just work.

Vanessa has been rolling in UX for 28 years; always focused on understanding what users want from the digital products they use. She’s worked across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Australia & the USA, in a wide range of industries from airlines to investment banking. Vanessa returned to the UK in 2015 and jumped into hard core retail with Argos and is now with Marks & Spencer. Vanessa feels retail is one of the most exciting spaces to be in for digital – it is so fast, so responsive, so competitive, that every day there’s something new. You can’t just be a designer, you have to be a persuasive seller, advocate your brand correctly and be a multi-tentacled-tech-aware-multi-tasker to cover everything from stores to wearables.

Kevin Lee is Vice President and Head of Design at Visa, Inc, responsible for setting the vision and the strategy of design and user experience in Europe and CEMEA. Previously he was responsible for building and leading Visa’s global digital design team and brought in human-centered design and design thinking expertise to help designing the innovative digital product experiences as well as innovative design systems platform which has been recently recognized by Fast Company for 2017 Innovation by Design Awards.

Marta is passionate about product discovery and solving real customer problems through machine learning. At Zalando, she's built a completely new product called the Algorithmic Fashion Companion. Before joining Zalando, she worked in various tech startups and at Microsoft.
Vilma is helping people express themselves better, especially through cracking online personalisation! Before Zalando, she worked for US startups Grooveshark (backed by Intel) and Moveline (backed by Techstars), and then moved into the agency world designing for clients such as LG Electronics' Smart TV and Disney.

Sabrina is a lead UX designer at John Lewis and has worked on nearly every aspect of the John Lewis website and app, from homepage to checkout. She has over 10 years of international design experience including product design, service and proposition design, and user research.
EMEA PRODUCT LEAD, MOBILE WEB - GOOGLE
At Google, Kaman works with product teams and mobile specialists to bring the best of Google’s mWeb products to the biggest partners in EMEA, specialising in mobile web performance, Accelerated Mobile Page (AMP), and UX. Before joining Google, Kaman was a Product Manager at Booking.com. She has run thousands of successful and failed A/B tests, witnessing the power of data and optimising the web.
